A fully-equipped Pilates based rehabilitation studio and a team of highly qualified instructors is at the heart of the Living Well Studio. Pilates is a great way to rehabilitate injuries, develop core strength and improve balance, coordination and posture, especially when it is conducted by highly educated caring health practitioners. But Living Well is much more than a Pilates studio. We offer physiotherapy, chiropractic, naturopathy, acupuncture, diet and nutrition, yoga, kinesiology, reiki and psychology. All our practitioners are fully qualified and accredited and consistently achieve great results for their clients. Radd and Indianna established the Living Well Studio in 2011 to create an environment that combined mainstream and alternative health professionals of the highest calibre. Dearest community. It is with mixed emotions that we are informing you that we have closed our doors . It has been an incredible journey that we reflect on with so much joy. The Living Well Studio has served clients on the Gold Coast for the past 13 years, and while our focus has been improving the health of these clients in doing so we have also built a wonderful team, lasting personal and professional relationships and community from many walks of life, we are just so grateful.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support and wishing everyone long term health and wellness.

Coming to the end of the year it’s easy to fall off the motivation train, our dedicated practitioners are here to help you get back on. Also it’s a good time to use up any remaining health insurance benefit that may run out before Dec 31.

Welcoming Dan the Podiatrist to the team! You can book in with Dan Tuesday mornings. We are very excited to have his expertise in our clinic. Read his bio below 👇

Daniel completed a Bachelor of Podiatry at Southern Cross University in 2019. He has a keen interest in treating all types of foot pain, especially running related injuries and arthritis of the foot and ankle.
Dan has a background in rugby, running and surfing and understands how an injury can get in the way of doing what you love. Dan is passionate about all things podiatry and works tirelessly to assist his patients to keep moving and motivated.
While volunteering at the Gold Coast Marathon, Dan was fortunate enough to discuss the importance of footwear with some of the athletes. Their sheer commitment further ignited Dan’s passion and he decided he wanted to help runners achieve their personal best using the latest in injury rehabilitation and load management techniques.
Dan grew up in South West Rocks but has lived on the Gold Coast for over 9 years now. He is well versed in the beautiful national parks that surround us and when not in clinic, you will find him up in the mountains or down by the beach with friends.
