P3 Recovery is an elite recovery and well-being centre for active people in the Gold Coast / Tweed region. Our services are focused on keeping you in peak physical and mental condition. State-of-the-art technology and equipment, combined with expert customer support P3 Recovery offers a welcoming environment for people across all walks of life who want to maintain optimal health for optimal perfor

mance. Elite athletes, sporting organisations, schools, business groups, social groups, families and others, all use our unique blend of services. The P3 Recovery facility includes Wet & Dry Therapy zones and specialist services. Wet Therapy Zone - 4 magnesium plunge pools, a magnesium hydrotherapy pool, and hot & cold spas scientifically designed to accelerate recovery, sharpen focus and improve mental well-being using contrasting therapy on a rotation basis. Dry Therapy Zone - The Recovery Lounge includes state of the art Normatec compression garments, foam and rubber rollers and massage guns, all used whilst relaxing in recliners and viewing our big screen. Specialist Services - These include a Hyperbaric Chamber, Vibrosaun, Infrared Sauna.

Good people. A great course. An even better cause. ⛳

Last Friday we were proud to be part of the .legal annual Charity Golf Day at The Glades Golf Course on the Gold Coast. One of the best days we’ve had as a team this year.

We sponsored a hole on the day and contributed to fundraising for . A cause doing real work for people across Queensland, and exactly the kind of thing we want P3 to show up for.

Recovery isn’t just what happens inside our four walls. It’s how we show up for our community. Days like this remind us why we do what we do.

Big thank you to the , RedeMont Legal and teams for putting together such a brilliant event, the organisation, the energy, and the people in the room made it something special.

We are incredibly proud and excited for the Shellharbour community to experience recovery, wellness and performance through P3.

From the very beginning of this journey, the Shellharbour team have shown an incredible level of care, attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly.

Every step has been guided by one clear goal, to make sure that when the doors opened, every box was ticked and every person who walked in could feel the standard of experience P3 is known for.

They are in the best hands, and we cannot wait to see the community, connection and impact this centre creates.

Congratulations to the P3 Shellharbour team. The work starts now, and we could not be more excited for what is ahead.

Each P3 centre is built with four contrast therapy pools, including two levels of cold exposure, 10°C and 0°C.
Two temperatures. Two different intensities. One purpose, to help you recover with more intention.

Cold exposure is not a trend, a shortcut or the latest wellness fad. It has been used for decades across sport, performance and recovery as a natural, non-invasive tool to support the body and mind.

From reducing inflammation and supporting physical recovery, to building mental clarity, resilience and nervous system regulation, the cold gives you something most people avoid, a controlled moment of discomfort.
That is where the shift happens.

At P3, we believe recovery should be world class, but it should also be shared. That is why our pools are designed large enough for groups, built around community, and supported by state of the art filtration systems to create a clean, premium and purposeful recovery experience.

It’s a sign you’ve been told recovery is for someone else.
For too long, recovery sat behind a velvet rope. Reserved for athletes, elite performers, people with something to recover from on paper.
That version is over.

So many people walking through our doors aren’t training for a final.
They’re parents, shift workers, tradies, weekend runners, anyone carrying a load that isn’t always visible.

Looking after yourself isn’t indulgent. It’s the work underneath all the other work.

A clearer head. A body that holds up. More of you, for what actually matters.

The first session is the hardest one to book. Everything after that is just routine.
