Swimming therapy - exciting update from Living Well OT

We’re now expanding our aquatic Occupational Therapy services with additional Sunday sessions at Palm Beach Aquatic.

These sessions will be facilitated by Sofia, an experienced Occupational Therapist, with a focus on using the aquatic environment to support functional participation, regulation, and skill development in a safe and supportive way.

Aquatic OT can support:
💧 Sensory processing and regulation
💧 Motor planning, strength, and coordination
💧 Postural control and bilateral integration
💧 Emotional regulation and confidence building
💧 Participation in meaningful daily occupations
