Yin Yoga is on this week with a few changes and into the following week.
Don't worry, I have put on a few more classes week after next to make up classes... Check out the booking system for classes. I'm taking a short break, well its not a break as such but rather research and diving deep into alchemy. I Leave Friday 19th June and return on the Wednesday. 🥰

A friend sent me this.. isn't it just amazing. xx the body holds everything for you to protect you. what we are to learn is that in this day and age we do not need it to the point we do tin todays world. So when we have symptoms remember its the bodies way of telling you something to pay attention to. Your body is a filtering system of your experiences, thoughts and patterns.. somatic work is so important. xx
