Our small group Pilates classes are designed specifically for older adults, with a maximum of 6 people per class, ensuring plenty of individual attention in a welcoming and supportive environment.

POV: you’re a remedial massage therapist who forgets to stretch their pecs… and suddenly you’re shaped like a question mark by Thursday 🤨

Hours of leaning over the table = tight chest
Tight chest = grumpy shoulders
Grumpy shoulders = “why do my hands feel 97 years old?”

Something I get asked ALL the time 🙈
“Do your hands get sore from massaging all day?” 🤔
Short answer… sometimes.

Honest answer… not in the way you’d think.
Strong hands aren’t just luck — they’re trained, conditioned and supported with the right techniques, movement and recovery (here's me between clients with my best friend- the spiky ball). I also practice what I preach and keep myself fit 💪

Remedial massage isn’t about brute force. It’s about using body mechanics, experience and the right pressure in the right place at the right time.
So while our hands work hard, they’re built for the job — and helping you move better, feel better and hurt less makes it 100% worth it 🙌
