Today we enjoyed a wonderful visit from some beautiful classic cars and pizza. The smiles on our residents’ faces were priceless as they admired the cars and shared fond memories.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special. Your time and effort were greatly appreciated.
Our residents have also put together a hamper for their favourite car, with the winner to be announced next Wednesday. 🚗🏆🍕

Rick kindly took us all out for lunch today — although we still had to pay our own way!
We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the food and conversation with plenty of laughs together.
After lunch, we headed off on a lovely scenic drive before making our way home. Everyone enjoyed themselves so much, and we were all still full from lunch by the end of the day.

Please do not park inside the property, as the front car parks are reserved for the display cars.

Our residents have been enjoying a wonderful range of meaningful and engaging activities throughout the week. From cooking and independently cleaning up afterwards, to knitting, crafting, participating in afternoon exercise sessions, and relaxing with music therapy, everyone has been having lots of fun while building confidence, creativity, wellbeing, and social connection.

Today was filled with fun and laughter as residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon together. Activities included group exercises to keep everyone active, friendly games of pool, and relaxing social time with the ladies enjoying knitting and chatting. It was lovely to see residents staying engaged, active, and sharing smiles throughout the afternoon.

Everybody comes together to support their team, creating a fantastic atmosphere of community spirit and friendly rivalry. Unfortunately Qld were just not good enough this week.

Today we celebrated one of our wonderful staff members before she begins maternity leave, with her last day this Friday. Residents and staff enjoyed a lovely morning tea and shared their best wishes for her exciting new chapter. 💕
