I specialise in providing holistic and effective Occupational Therapy services to meet the unique needs of individuals and their care team. I believe in collaborating with clients, care teams, and professionals to develop personalised treatment plans that cater to their needs and goals. Every achievement, no matter how small, is worth celebrating as it signifies progress towards overall well-being.
One of my passions lies in working with the Autistic community, helping individuals to thrive and lead fulfilling lives. I understand the importance of recognising each person's strengths, abilities, and barriers and how these can impact mental health and progress. That is why I am genuinely interested in addressing mental health aspects, such as anxiety, depression, and social isolation, which frequently pose challenges for Autistic individuals.
Through our shared efforts, I aim to assist clients in identifying and implementing strategies that align with their values and suit their individual approaches. We focus on cognitive skills, executive function, and mindfulness to develop practical techniques that can be confidently applied in real-life situations.
I feel grateful for the opportunity to closely collaborate with individuals, their families, and support networks to promote positive change. Inspiring individuals who may often feel like they don't "fit in" to take ownership of their mental health, pursue their desired lives, and thrive in their chosen occupations is incredibly rewarding.
