I woke up the morning of my 41st birthday thinking of my 21-year-old self.
If I could talk to her I would say have fun but look after your health.
While hustle culture makes sense in theory, your greatest wealth is your health.
Self-care isn’t selfish.
If you take good care of yourself, you are better equipped to take care of others.
Also please invest in a good non-toxic sunscreen and wear it everyday 😆 💕

Yesterday I facilitated a workshop in Busselton about how to align with your soul’s purpose and embody your authentic self.

Thank you to all the wise women who attended, it was wonderful to be in good company 💜

Empowering people to step into the divine essence and follow their own true north, is one of the reasons I incarnated in this lifetime, so it feels good to help others.

That’s one of the ways you know you are honouring your soul’s purpose, you feel happy, excited, and full of good energy.

I also kept seeing repeating numbers throughout the workshop like when I checked my clock the first time it was 4:44pm and then when I checked it the next time it was 5:55pm.

Synchronicities are often signs from your Angels, Guides and/ or Higher Self communicating you are on the right track ⭐️

✨ How to Cleanse and Charge Your Crystals in the Ground ✨

One of the reasons why we might feel good when we meditate with crystals or wear crystal jewellery is because they have a stable, healing frequency and they can absorb the negative energy in our environment, so we don’t.

✨ It’s important to take care of our crystals, by cleansing and recharging them, so they can continue to take care of us.
One of the oldest and most natural ways that Shaman’s and healers have used to cleanse and charge certain stones is by grounding them in the Earth.

✨You can also speak intentions into the crystals, programming them for a specific purpose, before burying them into the Earth to amplify the manifestation energy.

For example, I just got a box of beautiful geode crystals that my clients and I will be working with as Talismans for my upcoming workshop, which is all about aligning with your life’s purpose.

✨Before I buried them in the Earth I spoke to the crystals and asked them to help their new guardians live an empowered life; one where they are in alignment with their soul’s purpose, embodying their natural authentic selves and trusting their own intuition.
✨After the crystals have spent a week in the Earth, I will wash them in water and dry them in the sunlight before gently packing them to take to the workshop.

Just like humans benefit from spending time in nature, connecting to the Earth, so do crystals.

Side Note:
Not all crystals like to be buried directly into the Earth or washed with water because the moisture can erode the crystal but the geodes that I am working with love it.
I will only leave them in sunlight for a little while because too much sunlight can cause their vibrant colour to fade.
It’s also a good idea to take a photo of where you bury your crystals, so you don’t forget where they are!

🦋🌿 Recharging my batteries in the forest 🌳🧚‍♀️

I can't pin point exactly what it is but this forest smells amazing; like a mixture between eucalyptus & lemongrass.
