Working on how to show up as a leader, whilst acknowledging the basic foundations of leadership (good nutrition, healthy sleep, core wellness practices) are compromised by the heightening demands of Motherhood. Ah, strict Teacher)

Here we go Wild Village Festival!!!

We're holding TWO workshops at this magical festival, a space where women step into their true wild selves. We are reborn here.

Gatherings like today’s create literal magic.
The stories told, ideas shared, feelings named.

Women coming together in circle is ancient medicine.

It’s soul-fulfilling work.
It’s world-changing work.

We tap in.

We validate, empower and hold each other in love and presence.

I get high off it. I’m somatically grounding my energy throughout; my nervous system feels the shift. It feels the kinetic potential of life’s vibrations.

We are moving forward with power.

Small, simple steps.

Full, feminine containers.
