So in an effort to give back to my community, we are offering a FREE Women’s Circle for any women who have experienced miscarriage, no matter how long ago or how far along in your pregnancy. Our bodies were born wise ✨

Nature helps regulate our nervous system by activating the parasympathetic system; lowering our heart rate, reducing the amount of cortisol we produce and deactivating our sympathetic system or our ‘fight & flight’ state.

But the use of this kind of language; one that justifies our experience through evidence-based reasoning actually erodes our own deep knowing. Yes, there is a place for it but it’s not here.

A return to the wild within, does not require external validation. It comes from within, to trust the innate somatic wisdom of your own experience.

In a capitalist society that often mistakes softness for weakness we are encouraged to find wholeness in ‘things.’ Recognize the endless reel of consumerism and instead soften into the wonder of you. Whatever you find there is ok. Wholeness can’t be bought. It is something you are. It is found in your capacity to soften into self-love instead of ‘pushing through’ and ticking a box. Honour your needs and soften into the flow of your own life. One that FEELS good not looks good. You are worth it ♥️
