I work with women to explore all aspects of their lives so we can uncover the blocks (beliefs, thought patterns, traumas etc) that need clearing. Once cleared we work to create new helpful and

empowering beliefs using a range of techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Divine Feminine Practices, Mindfulness, Energy Work and much more.

Ready to dissolve time?
Some days I forget that time is an illusion. I get sucked into time shortage consciousness and start believing that I am too busy and my to do list begins to haunt me.

When I become aware of myself stuck in this limiting space I do this:

First, I meditate for 10 to 20 minutes until my mind has calmed and my nervous system has settled.

Then I affirm “I have all the time in the world”.

When my nervous system can accept this affirmation, I feel so much joy and peace ripple through my whole body.

(It is important to note that this affirmation will not help and will really annoy you if you have strong resistance to it (belief systems that strongly oppose it) or if your nervous system is not regulated. Often I have to wait until the next day to do this practice as I am already so stuck in the time shortage consciousness and cannot find the TIME to do it ha ha gotta love the humour of the Universe!)

It is amazing how much my day changes when I do this trick, all of a sudden my to do list becomes easier, things that I had planned to do get done for me, people contact me before I need to contact them, things that were hard to obtain turn up on my doorstep, solutions come into my inbox, tasks that usually take a long time are completed in a few minutes. My day becomes so much easier and flowing.

The universe always wants to support you, but you have to let it in. When you are stuck in the vibration of resistance and things being too hard, you disallow the natural flow of the universe that is always flowing the things that you want to you.

The universe always chooses the path of least resistance and when you get on board by focusing on the things that are working out for you, then you allow in the universal flow that naturally shifts obstacles from your path with ease and love for the highest good of all concerned.

Let the Universe remove the people that don’t contribute to your happiness.

Years ago I started a job that I really loved but there were several people that made my job very difficult for various reasons. I decided to start doing practices that shifted things for me including focusing on the aspects of the job that I loved and I did my best to distract myself from the people that were negative. In a short amount of time the negative people left to go to other workplaces. New wonderful people joined the team and my job was a dream!



This isn’t to say that all people who bug you will leave, but you can minimise the number of negative people and be less bothered by the ones who stay. We all have certain people that bug us that for various reasons that may need to stay within our orbit, but with practice we become less bothered and more light-hearted.

Write the magical story of your life ✨
Years before I even considered becoming a holistic counsellor, I received an insight that I didn’t fully understand at the time that eventually led me here.



At the time I had just discovered I had anxiety and was reading a book about writing a life script for my distant future self. I practiced meditating for a few minutes before writing, then a scene came to me - I was wise old lady, with people coming to me for guidance and I felt so happy and content. The strong feeling of utter peacefulness was so strong in that moment, I will never forget it.



When this scene first came to me many years ago, I thought this was just me guiding family and friends, I didn’t fully understand my calling was to be of service to the wider community to lovingly guide women to find their own inner wisdom & innate worthiness.



As good as that scene felt many years ago, it seemed implausible. My reality at the time was that I felt very lost and alone, I was riddled with anxiety and feelings of unworthiness. I didn’t have the capacity to help others as I could barely take care of myself. But I chose to write the script anyway, I wrote about a future in which I felt worthy with a deep sense of purpose as I enjoyed lovingly guiding others. I read this script every few days for the next year or so and my life began to change and lead me in the direction of my happy and joyful future.



We all have stories or scripts that we often don’t realise we are following, also known as the beliefs and thoughts that direct our decisions and behaviours. Some of these internal stories are helpful, some are not.



When we consciously choose to change the story and look toward a future that feels aligned with what makes us happy then it becomes easier to change what is happening in the present, it becomes a natural shift in our patterns of thinking as the new story takes hold.



Why writing our story with intention works - On a psychological level, when we make a habit of thinking about what we want in life, our brain naturally rewires itself to acquire the ideal self-image.

On an energetic level we draw the energetic qualities to us that match our desire. In other words, we create our reality through what we focus on.

My painful reminder to follow my intuition.......

It was a school morning, and as I was supporting my children through some intense emotional struggles amongst getting everything ready for the day, I felt tension building in my body. The mental and emotional load was getting heavy!

After school drop off I rushed home and did some nervous system regulation practices as I knew my body was in survival mode, and I knew those practices weren’t enough, my intuition was clearly telling me to stop, stay home and cancel my trip to the mechanic but I pushed on anyway, feeling weighted by the many responsibilities that were “important” and “had” to be done that day.

As I was heading out the door in my mind I was replaying the tears of my children and BAM, my back went out.

Searing pain right up my spine and across my lower back and I knew straight away it was from the emotional load I was holding that created so much tightness in my body resulting in this injury.

As mothers we often feel responsible for our children’s happiness and it is often painful to see their tears. As much as I know my love & guidance supports my children to be resilient and strong (and that challenges are a part of life), it is still difficult to witness their struggles. However, when we ignore our own emotional state & “push on” our body suffers.

If I had said “no” to my busy schedule I wouldn’t have suffered the back injury. I could have cancelled the mechanic appointment and the other things that seemed to be very important but in the whole scheme of life, not really that important. It would have been a bit of a pain to reschedule things but not the level of pain my back was now in as I was unable to walk properly for nearly a week.

I hope my little slip up reminds you to listen to your inner voice when it tells you to slow down.

Do you love who you see in the mirror?

There was a time that I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror. I felt so much shame and self-hatred that I avoided mirrors and having my photo taken.

Now when I look in the mirror I feel a deep sense of love and appreciation. It feels like a deep remembering of my sacredness and my divinity. When I look in the mirror and say “I love you Danielle” I feel peaceful and connected to the Divine.

I feel love and pride for who I am. This is not surface level it is deep soul level love. It is a blissful unconditional love that moves beyond superficial or physical. I don’t feel I need to be or do anything for this love, it simply is.

This deep unconditional love is what I send out to everyone. It moves me beyond judgements so that I love everyone no matter where they are on their journey. This kind of love is healing, it supports people to let go of their own self-judgement. This is how I support the women I work with. I see them whole, I see them in their true radiance, I see them in their pure form and I guide them to see it for themselves.

When I move through the world from a place of soul level love and sacredness, I see the world through a different lens. I see the divinity all around me in the people and places and I feel a deep connection and love. I see the world from a broader perspective and I love what I see. I see the thriving and wellbeing that many cannot see and I support others to see it too.

Today I thought I would share a bit of my story and why I do what I do.

I was born a very sensitive child, my mum later told me when I was an adult that she had worried my sensitivities meant I wouldn’t live a normal life and have a family of my own. I was hyper sensitive to everything and I felt the emotions of the people around me, life was very overwhelming.

I was bullied from a young age which added to my overwhelm and anxiety. I was scared of the anger and hate around me. I was terrified of upsetting people in any way, so I decided the best way to avoid being misunderstood and upsetting anyone was to be quiet and not say much at all.

I was hyper vigilant and fearful most of the time, I remember flinching every time my mum screamed or when other stressful experiences happened. I acted calm as I wanted to please everyone. My Dad sometimes looked at me and asked me what I was thinking about, I didn’t want to worry him about my terrifying thoughts, so I made up something fun and light to make him happy. I was called the easy going child. I always felt a strong calling to help people and I dreamed of becoming a teacher some day.

By the age of 18 my anxiety was severe. I suffered fatigue, brain fog, panic attacks, insomnia, gut issues, weight loss and more. Everyday was a struggle to get out of bed and go to work, the world felt so scary and unsafe. I was convinced I didn’t belong anywhere, that everything I did and said was wrong and that I was simply a big mistake. I didn't see much of a future for myself, I went through some very dark days.

When I was 25 I heard someone talking about their experience with an anxiety disorder and in time I learned that I had Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder. I went to a few different therapists until I found the one I felt most comfortable with and I did the work to turn my life around.

After a few years going to therapy and doing loads of inner work, mindfulness, cognitive behaviour therapy, meditation and much more I decided that I wanted to help people feel better about their life too. Experiencing how much my life changed from constant thoughts of dread and fear into positive thoughts of fun and an ever-expanding life of possibilities I knew I had to pass on this wisdom to others. So I studied and gained my Diploma of Holistic Counselling along with many other trainings to support me to do the best I can to uplift others.

I now live a life in which I feel relaxed, safe & joyful most of the time, I feel a deep sense of worthiness and confidence in who I am and my purpose. I have embraced my inner wisdom and sensitivities to the emotions of the people around me and I use these gifts to support and uplift people.

Witnessing the women I support transform their lives is one of the greatest experiences for me. Seeing a woman blossom and come into her true power when she remembers who she really is, her true worthiness and value inspires me every time. I absolutely love the work I do, I feel so honoured to be a part of the inner growth of these powerful women who go on to uplift and transform their families and the people around them, it doesn’t get much more fulfilling than that!

You get to feel the pleasures of life more deeply when you slow down, you get to live more!



When you consciously slow down your wellbeing improves exponentially, you stop chasing things and let them come to you.



When you slow down you allow the thriving that is natural, your wise body replenishes and restores, things taste better, feel better, look better. You have a heightened experience of the pleasures of life, creativity expands, your reality alters & you have more time & space for the joys of life.



When you slow down and enjoy life more, you are of more benefit to your community, you feel more generous, grateful and connected.



Dissolve the illusion that busyness equals success or productivity.



Slowing down equals success and ultimate productivity. Science has proven that we are more creative, productive and healthy when we take time to rest.



You can practice slowing down right now. Decide to enjoy the present moment in any simple way by doing something that feels good such as:



✨take 3 slow deep breaths



✨step outside for a few minutes to get some fresh air



✨hug a loved one



✨listen to music you love



✨write a gratitude list





It's so important to take time to feel the simple joys in your life by being present.
