🌟 WE’RE HIRING: Medical Receptionist (Mon–Wed) 🌟
Our clinic is a busy, supportive, and patient-focused environment, and we’re looking for a new face to join our front-desk family! We pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome to everyone who walks through our doors, and we need a reliable Receptionist who genuinely enjoys helping people.
The Role & Hours
We are looking for someone to help us cover our core early-week shifts. These hours are fixed to ensure our clinic stays running smoothly, so we need a dedicated team member who is happy with the following schedule:
Monday to Wednesday: 10:00am – 6:30pm (Fixed)
A Little Extra: We also need someone who can jump in and help cover an occasional Saturday when our regular Saturday team is on leave or needs a hand.
Note: Because these shifts provide essential coverage for our doctors and patients, the Monday–Wednesday hours are non-negotiable. If this schedule fits your lifestyle perfectly, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Being the friendly first point of contact for our patients.
Answering calls, booking appointments, and keeping the waiting room tidy.
Handling billings and Medicare claims with a smile.
Supporting our clinical team with general admin tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: We’d prefer someone who has worked in a medical or specialist reception before—someone who "hits the ground running" and understands the flow of a clinic.
A People Person: You’re empathetic, professional, and stay calm when the phones get busy.
Reliability: Our team relies on each other, so we’re looking for someone punctual and committed to their roster.
