Reiki offers deep relaxation that calms the mind and body. The nurturing effects of Reiki enables the body to begin its natural healing process. A Reiki session is usually (1) hour. The client remains fully clothed and lies on a mass

age table in a warm and comfortable space. During the session the focus is on restoring positive energy flow and assisting to bring your body back into balance. During the Reiki session the client may sense a warm sensation flowing throughout their body and an overall feeling of calm and harmony within. Some clients may experience emotional shifts on many levels, this is perfectly natural as well, as Reiki may assist in moving emotional blocks as well. The healing benefits of Reiki continue well after the session and the client generally leaves feeling refreshed, energized and nurtured. Reiki supports, never replaces traditional medical practices and reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions.
