Mason Taylor, founder of SuperFeast will be in conversation with Dr Mario Alam to discuss the ancient traditions and Dao philosophy of spiritual and physical balance and wellbeing and the benefits of using plant medicines with an opportunity to discuss preparing and strengthening the mind and body for psychedelic-assisted treatments.

A qualified GP and holistic practitioner Dr. Mario sits on the advisory board of Mind Medicine Australia for the legalisation of psychedelic medicines. Dr. Mario marries his training in Western Medicine with years of learning from great spiritual teachers around the world.

They will go into detail on preparation for behavioural and lifestyle changes that can be incorporated into daily practice for a more harmonious, embodied and integrated healing journey and experience.
