Hey there Everyone! A lil bit about me.. I’ve been in clinical practice as a naturopath for 13 years. In this time I have been so blessed to work alongside some incredible Doctors, Naturopaths and Allied therapists.

I started my own clinic ~ Cape Naturopathics in 2020 and have been absolutely loving it!

I am passionate about meeting people where they are at, doing thorough health assessments, building health teams by collaborating with specialists, GP’s and other allied health practitioners & ultimately empowering clients with knowledge & support to be a co creator on their health journey.

Some area’s I specialise in ~
* ADHD (offering a comprehensive package of treatment for children & adults - and screening for adults)
* Complex chronic conditions such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, biotoxin illness
* Reoccuring thrush, BV, UTI, Pelvic pain
* Perimenopause empowerment, Endometriosis, PCOS
* Comprehensive health checks for men and women (in collaboration with your GP)

I see health & healing as a combination of optimising biochemistry, organ function, diet, lifestyle, emotional empowerment & removing obstacles to living your best life. It’s an absolute privilege and I feel truly blessed to be in this role as a Naturopath 🌿

I’m back in clinic this week ~ I am available for consultation Australia wide over Zoom or in person in my beautiful clinic in Byron Bay.

I offer
- Free 10 min chats for any acute health conditions or to ask any questions.
- 60 mins for general health conditions or
- 90 min for more complex health conditions.
- 30 min for Wellness checks & for ADHD screening (adults only for the screening)

An epic and inspiring day learning about Adult ADHD in Brisbane on Saturday.

Loved seeing some naturopathic buddies and and managed to get the band back together - so awesome!
