In just 4 weeks, we’ll gather again at the beautiful Heartwood Farm for Harmony Within, an afternoon devoted to deep rest, healing sound, and inner stillness.

This experience is designed to support your nervous system, calm the mind, and create space to simply soften and receive. Together, through Yoga Nidra and immersive sound healing, we’ll journey into a place of restoration and reconnection.

I’ll be weaving voice, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and tuning forks throughout the afternoon to create a nurturing soundscape for healing and relaxation.

There is something truly special about this space, this land and the energy that unfolds within these gatherings 🤍

Next week, I’ll once again be joining the beautiful Haum Space Byron Industrial Studio for their monthly Yin Yoga session, where gentle movement is paired with the healing frequencies of sound.

As the body releases through Yin, the sounds of the crystal singing bowls create space for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and inner stillness.

Gentle Fascia Release 🤍

So much tension is held quietly within the body.

Through the warmth of magnesium-rich water and the soft resonance of sound, the body is invited to unwind naturally… without force, effort, or pushing.

A gentle softening.
A deep exhale.
A return to flow.

I’m so looking forward to returning to the beautiful Heartwood Farm for the next Harmony Within immersion alongside Lionsgate Events and Leigh Ostermeier ✨

This afternoon is an invitation to pause, soften and reconnect through the healing practices of Yoga Nidra and sound. A space to deeply rest the body, calm the nervous system and return to inner stillness.

I’ll be guiding a restorative sound journey using voice, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and tuning forks, creating a nurturing soundscape designed to support relaxation, release and balance.

There is something truly special about gathering in this space surrounded by the energy of the Byron Bay Hinterland. Every experience here feels deeply grounding and transformative.
