Three days in a conference room taught me something I keep having to relearn. My creativity does not live in my head. It lives in my body.

By day three I felt it. My sleep had gone shallow. My thinking had gone flat. The ideas that usually arrive when I am walking or moving or out in the world weren’t coming..

Here is what I know about myself. When I move, I think. When I move, I sleep. When I move, the ideas come and the words come and I feel like myself again. When I sit still for too long…my body hurts and my brain stops (not in the good way)

We treat creativity and sleep like they happen in the mind. So much of it happens in the body first. Movement is not the thing I do once the important work is done. For me, it is what makes the important work possible.

If your thinking feels flat or your sleep is off, ask yourself one simple thing before you blame your mind. How long has your body been still?

How important is your message to you, really? Important enough to stop winging it? Because a message you have not fully claimed cannot move a room, no matter how much it means to you. If you knew, deep down, what you were here to say, you would do whatever it took to say it beautifully.

For ten years, I did not take a single sick day. Somewhere along the way I had decided I was only allowed to exist if I was producing, and that it was fine not to ask for support (while running the portfolio trading desk).

Sixteen years. At my desk by 6:30 in the morning, still there at 6:30 at night.

Everyone else seemed to be living. Long lunches, afternoons at the beach, dinners with clients.

I distinctly remember watching the sunshine through the glass.

I stayed. Waiting to be seen while trying to earn the right to be in the room I was already running.

THIS WAS A WORTHINESS WOUND.

Here is what took me far too long to learn. You do not earn your worth by overstaying, overgiving and overproving. You already hold it.

That is why I teach what I teach now. Self worth. Belonging. The radical permission to stop auditioning for a seat that was always yours.

If you are still at the desk, still proving, still waiting to be chosen, I see you. I was you. There is another way to live.

Some women walk into a room and the whole temperature shifts. Not because of how they look. Because of how at home they are inside themselves.��

Meet my oldest friend (we have known each other since yr 7), who has turned being fully herself in her fifties into an art form. Radiant, magnetic, entirely unbothered by who that intimidates.

Thank you for your generosity and your wisdom on what it genuinely takes to embody your femininity at this stage of life. Not the performance of it. The lived, grounded, unapologetic truth of it.

What makes a woman so magnetic that people gravitate toward her without knowing why?

This Sunday at 3pm AEST I am interviewing my oldest friend Cassie (who i met in year 8 ) someone I have watched do exactly that for over 40 years and we are pulling it apart live.

We are talking feminine essence, masculine and feminine polarity, lightness, playfulness, and what magnetism actually looks like for women over 50, from a woman who lives it, not just talks about it. And I promise you, this is not the flowing white dress version of feminine energy....

In my group program, we do the deep inner work AND we test your blood sugar. Healing the whole woman means leaving nothing out.

You can do all the inner work in the world. Meditate. Journal. Breathe. Regulate.

If your blood sugar is crashing at 3pm, your nervous system is already in fight or flight and no amount of mindset work will override a body running on stress hormones.

This is the part nobody talks about.

Your energy is not a motivation problem. It is a biology problem.

When blood sugar spikes and crashes, cortisol floods in to compensate. That cortisol signals danger. Your body braces. Your thoughts spiral. Your patience disappears. Your triggers get louder.

You think you are being emotional. Your body is just trying to survive an energy crash.

Mind. Body. Spirit.

The body is not separate from your healing. It is the foundation of it.

This is why I do the work.

Susan did not need more advice, or a plan or a push. She needed a space safe enough to finally see what she had been carrying  and to gently, courageously, put it down.

When you release what lives in the subconscious, when you free the body from inherited stories it has been protecting you with, something extraordinary becomes possible. Not just insight —> Actual freedom.

The mind might understand something for years. The body needs a different kind of permission to let it go.

When it does, miracles happen. Every time.

Do the inner work. Trust the process. Watch what opens.

If you want to get out of your head, get into your body.

Step outside. Find the sun. Name three things you are genuinely grateful for.

This is not fluffy wellness advice. This is how your nervous system learns that the present moment is safe. When your body feels safe, the spiral stops. The overthinking quiets. You actually land back in your life.

Anxiety is a future projection. Rumination is a past loop. Neither of them exist right now, in the sun, with your feet moving and your senses alive.

Gratitude is not a mindset hack. It is a physiological reset. What you focus on grows... so if you are feeding your mind evidence of warmth, beauty and things worth showing up for, your whole system starts to organise around that.

Do this daily and your nervous system will thank you.

Walk in the sun. Be grateful. Love every minute of being alive. It really is that simple.

Half an hour with my group today, and we were on the floor… literally, doing fascia release together.

Here’s what most women don’t know.

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around every muscle in your body. Like a stocking. When it gets tight and knotted, from chronic stress, trauma, sitting for hours, wearing heels... it doesn’t matter how much you stretch. You’re working the muscle underneath, not the layer holding it hostage.

That’s why so many women do all the right things and still feel stiff, restricted, stuck in their body.

This is exactly why my group program isn’t just coaching. It’s a full-body experience. Every collaborator brings something your nervous system, your tissues, your lived experience actually needs.

Healing isn’t just a mindset game. Your body has been holding things longer than your mind has been aware of them. It needs real, physical, embodied release, not just insight.
