We’ve been up all night with Evie having a horrible tummy bug. Today she is applying her Immunity blend to help support her immune system, and her Tummy blend to give her some relief from a sore little tum. We are using them every few hours to really give her body a boost. Ive got On Guard, Lemon + Tea Tree in the diffusers and am adding On Guard + Purify to all the sicky washing to kill the germs and leave it smelling fresh. Lots of rest + cuddles (between loads of washing)too to try and get better before the weekend. It’s so sad seeing your little one suffer but I know it won’t last long as she is such a strong girl 🧡

[Shoulder tension] These oils have been saving my shoulders and neck from the tension and pain that comes from constantly holding or feeding a baby 🍼 A few drops of each, and a sq**rt of Fractionated Coconut Oil and I’m good to go. I do plan to get a massage very soon, but in the meantime this will do 🌱
