✨ Happy spring everyone ✨

We’ve just replenished our bestselling Tallow range from Pachamama Medicina 🙌🏽
We LOVE this range as they are all natural and locally made, plus they infuse the whole herb into their Tallow - not just adding essential oil (which is still nice but so many more medicinal benefits with the whole herb).

My favourite is the botanical balm with calendula and chamomile🫶🏼 so wonderful for dry, irritated or sensitive skin!

As we love the Tallow so much we’ve decided to try out a few more products from the range,
Elderberry honey 🍯 and dream elixir 🔮

Elderberry honey is a yummy immune boosting tonic, have a spoonful every few days as a tonic (amazing for kids at school). Or in acute cases of cold/flus have a spoonful every few hours ✅

Castor oil vs Jamaican black castor oil - what’s the difference?

Both from the same plant but extracted in a different way which will effect the properties of the oil 🌿
Generally - Black castor oil is best for hair growth and scalp care.

Regular castor oil (be sure it’s cold pressed!) is the go to for castor oil packs ✨

lepidium meyenii = Peruvian ginseng = Maca💪

Is a beloved superfood and adaptogenic root, it’s packed full off vitamins, minerals, amino acids and importantly- sterols 🧬
