🎉🏢 WE’VE MOVED — WELCOME TO OUR NEW WARM EMBRACE HOME!🏢🎉

After a massive weekend of moving, unpacking, cleaning and setting everything up, we are incredibly excited to officially announce that Warm Embrace Support Services has moved into our new location! ❤️

📍 4/107 Morayfield Rd, Caboolture South QLD

This move is a huge step forward for Warm Embrace and gives us the space to continue growing our services while creating an even better environment for our participants, families and staff.

Our new location gives us:

🎮 A bigger home for our Warm Embrace Social Gaming Hub
🎨 Space for social groups, gaming, arts & crafts and activities
🤝 Areas for participants to connect, socialise and build friendships
🧑‍💼 Dedicated office space for our Support Coordination and administration team
❤️ A safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for our participants
🌱 Plenty of room for us to continue growing and introducing new activities

Our goal has always been to create more than just an office. We want this to be a place where participants can feel comfortable, be themselves, meet people with similar interests and genuinely enjoy coming along.

We also want to give a HUGE thank you to our incredible staff who gave up their time over the weekend to help us get everything moved, built and ready. We couldn't have done it without you! ❤️

There are still a few finishing touches to come, but we are so excited about what this new space will allow us to offer.

Our Social Gaming Hub in Morayfield provides a welcoming and neuroaffirming environment where participants can connect with others through gaming, arts and crafts, board games and shared interests.

We want participants to have somewhere they actually look forward to attending, where friendships and social interaction can develop naturally without anyone feeling pressured to socialise.

🎨✨ CREATIVITY, CONNECTION & A WHOLE LOT OF BRACELETS!✨🎨

One of our amazing participants has been making the most of our weekly Arts & Crafts sessions at Warm Embrace and this week, the bracelet-making skills were in full swing! 📿💙

Not only did he create some awesome bracelets for himself, but he also took the time to make bracelets for several other participants and members of our staff. 🥰

This is exactly what we love seeing at Warm Embrace. Our sessions aren't just about keeping busy they're about creating opportunities for participants to:

🎨 Explore their creativity
🤝 Build friendships and social connections
💬 Engage with others through shared interests
🧠 Learn and practise new skills
💙 Feel part of a welcoming and supportive community

Sometimes something as simple as sitting around a table making bracelets can turn into conversations, friendships, confidence building and a real sense of belonging.

Our Arts & Crafts sessions run weekly, alongside the other social and gaming activities available through Warm Embrace.

📢 IMPORTANT NDIS STA (RESPITE) UPDATE

From 1 July 2026, changes have been introduced to how Short Term Accommodation (STA) supports are structured and claimed.

The previous bundled daily STA rate has changed, with supports now needing to be claimed as separate components where applicable. This may change how participants, families and providers plan and budget for respite supports.

At Warm Embrace Support Services, we understand that NDIS changes can sometimes be confusing. Our team is here to help participants and families understand their available funding and explore supports that suit their individual needs. ❤️

If you currently use STA, are considering respite options, or would like help understanding what these changes may mean for you, please feel free to reach out to our friendly team.

🦘🐨❤️ A Wild Day Out at Australia Zoo! ❤️🐊🐯

Today, one of our amazing Warm Embrace participants enjoyed an incredible day out exploring Australia Zoo with their support worker! 🌿

From seeing some amazing animals to exploring everything the zoo has to offer, the day was filled with plenty of fun, laughs and great memories! 😊

At Warm Embrace Support Services, community access is about so much more than simply getting out of the house. It’s about supporting our participants to explore their interests, experience new things, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences out in the community. ❤️

We absolutely love seeing our participants out and about doing the things they enjoy, making memories and experiencing new adventures!

🤸‍♂️❤️ Warm Embrace Takes on Flip Out! ❤️🤸‍♀️

Last week, the Warm Embrace team had an amazing time bringing together our participants and members of the local community for a fun-filled outing at Flip Out! 🎉

There were plenty of laughs, smiles, bouncing and great memories made along the way! These events are all about getting out into the community, building friendships, trying new experiences and, most importantly, having FUN together. 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day such a great experience. We absolutely love seeing our participants connecting, laughing and enjoying themselves! ❤️

🎉🌟 **What an Incredible STA Adventure in Sydney!** 🌟🎉

Our participant has just wrapped up an amazing getaway in Sydney, and what a way to finish the trip!

On their final full day, they explored the fascinating Museum of Illusions, wandered through the beautiful Chinese Garden of Friendship, and took in breathtaking views from Sydney Tower. Standing high above the city was an unforgettable experience!

The adventure didn't stop there they jumped aboard a thrilling jet boat ride around Sydney Harbour! Even though Sydney decided to put on a bit of rain, it certainly didn't dampen the fun. To top it all off, they enjoyed a walk to the iconic Sydney Opera House, creating memories that will last a lifetime. 🌧️🚤🏙️

Experiences like these are what it is all about building confidence, exploring new places, creating lasting memories, and enjoying life to the fullest with the right support.

And to make the trip even more special... **Happy Birthday!** 🥳🎂 We hope your birthday celebration in Sydney was one you'll never forget. Wishing you an incredible year ahead filled with happiness, adventure, and amazing experiences.
