Female Disability Support Workers Wanted
Come and join our established female support team as Bunya Care Caboolture continues to grow, with new supports commencing across the Moreton Bay region.
We are looking for reliable, engaging and down-to-earth female Disability Support Workers to support participants across SIL, community access and in-home supports.
Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:
• Autism and intellectual disability
• Mental health and psychosocial disability
• Complex support needs
• SIL and daily living supports
• Community access and independence
We are looking for people who are:
• Reliable, consistent and genuinely engaged
• Calm, confident and able to build strong relationships
• Professional while still being warm and personable
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Available across weekdays, weekends and sleepovers
You will need, or be willing to obtain:
• NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card
• Blue Card
• First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
• Current driver’s licence
• Comprehensive car insurance
• A reliable, clean and presentable vehicle suitable for participant transport
• Appropriate Australian work rights
Experience is valued, but so are attitude, reliability and the ability to genuinely connect with the people you support.
Supports will primarily be across Burpengary, Caboolture and surrounding Moreton Bay areas.
