A fantastic day of connection at our Veterans Day Seminar!

On Wednesday 5 August, our Caboolture Veterans and Families' Wellbeing Hub hosted one of its biggest events yet, bringing together nearly 40 local service providers and more than 50 veterans, families and community members.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect people with local support, learn about available services and build stronger community connections. Our own Lives Lived Well teams from across the local area were also there to share information and support.

A huge thank you to Bunnings Warehouse, At Your Service Catering, Wamuran Women’s Shed, Anglicare, No Duff Community Services, Moreton Bay Florists and Gifts, Jenni Handcrafted Designs and 101.5 FM for helping make the day possible. 💙

We were thrilled to receive 95% positive feedback, with attendees and stallholders describing the event as:

💬 “Great setting and variety of services. Hosts were friendly and professional.”

💬 “Calm and intimate, allowing us to have meaningful discussions with veterans and acknowledge the lived experience in the room.”

💬 “Please thank the Women’s Shed for their delicious food. Thank you to Jase for making it possible for us to attend, and thank you to all the staff.”

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported and helped bring the day together. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌

📸 Stallholders: If you’d like photos from the event, please email our Marketing team at [email protected].
