I’m so excited to teach this Sunday 10am for their Body Mind and Soul Day.

I’ll be offering a free 1hr yin and Breathwork class, suitable for all level of experience, that will guide you through 30min of yin and 20min of Breathwork , followed by 10min integration/relaxation and I’ll be available to answer any questions after the class.

I’m running this class in collaboration with , and there’s also a chance to win a $50 gift card you can use towards any of my upcoming retreats.

Please BYO mat, comfortable clothes and possibly a shawl for the second half and arrive at least 10min prior to class.

Wow , we have packed in a lot into our 7 day retreat in Fiji !!
Coming home I still feel the spirit of Fiji with me , the wonderful kindhearted people of this magical island ..

Thank you to all of you beautiful souls that attended our retreat , it’s been nothing but magical in all ways !
Thank you to for making our stay unforgettable, I will cherish every moment - you made us feel part of your Resort family from day one !

Landing back home is a true blessing and another confirmation that I’m in the right place at the right time of my life , I’m extremely grateful that I get to be here and do what I do.

Day 5 - working through the “stuff”… yoga brings out everything that we try to keep within .. the good , the bad, the ugly ..
yoga is working through the days we don’t feel@like showing up , it teaches us that with compassion, kindness , and perseverance we can make the changes - not just on the mat but in our lives .
