Day 9/100. One of my biggest takeaways from breathwork with Teagan Hunt was this… we can understand our patterns mentally and emotionally, but the body still remembers. If you’ve built an identity around being the strong one, the independent one or the resilient one, your body often learns to armour and brace for protection. Healing isn’t just changing your thoughts, it’s teaching your body that it’s finally safe to soften, unravel and receive.

For the women who’ve always been the strong one. The achiever. The leader. The one everyone leans on. Sometimes the strongest thing we can do isn’t push harder — it’s giving ourselves permission to soften. The paradox is that when we stop fighting the vulnerable parts of ourselves and finally meet them with compassion, we don’t become weaker. We become whole.

Day 6/100 - Performance to Presence

This week I realised how much I’ve been trying to control my external world as a way to create internal safety. Underneath it was a younger part of me who already knew the way home - through breath, nature and embodiment. Safety isn’t found in perfect circumstances. It’s something we learn to cultivate within ourselves, even when life around us feels uncertain.

Day 4 of 100: Performance to Presence

There is something profoundly powerful about finding your people — a community where you can be seen, challenged, supported, and celebrated exactly as you are.

Growth asks things of us. It asks us to face discomfort, move through fear, and become someone we’ve never been before. And while the journey is always ours to walk, having a tribe beside us can make all the difference.

Find the people, practices, and spaces that remind you who you are.

Day 2 / 100 — Performance → Presence

For so many years, my strength was my survival.

The part of me that kept going.
That held it all together.
That never asked for help.
That pushed harder when life got hard.

And while that part of me has protected me through some incredibly difficult chapters…

I’m learning that she isn’t the whole story.

Underneath our protective parts are the softer, more vulnerable parts of ourselves that long to feel safe enough to rest, receive, surrender and be loved.

But if you’ve spent decades bracing for impact, softening can feel terrifying.

Surrender can feel unsafe.

Receiving can feel vulnerable.

The work isn’t to force yourself to soften.

It’s to meet your protective parts with compassion and understanding.

To thank them for getting you here.

And slowly, gently, show them that they don’t have to carry everything alone anymore.

This is what coming home to ourselves looks like.

Today is Day 1 of 100 Days of Reels.

And I thought I’d start with the most vulnerable thing I could share.

The title of this podcast is “She Chased Him Naked Onto the Balcony.”

I used to know how to be naked physically.

This last decade has been teaching me how to be naked emotionally.

How to stop performing.
How to stop hiding.
How to let myself be seen exactly as I am.

So if you’re joining me for these next 100 days, that’s what this journey is about.

Not becoming someone else.

Coming home to who we’ve always been.
