The breath is the bridge between the mind and the body- is what I say in every session.

Through the breath, we begin to drop out of the mind and into the body… allowing emotions, sensations, and stored energy to gently rise.

Every emotion has a breath pattern connected to it.
When we’re anxious, the breath becomes shallow.
When we’re scared, we gasp.
When we’re angry, the breath changes.
When we feel safe, joyful, present — the breath softens and flows.

Learning to navigate your breath is learning to navigate your inner world.
To regulate. To release. To feel. To return to yourself. ✨

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual with Harmoni ceremonial cacao, crafted locally in North QLD from pure organic Peruvian Criollo cacao, before journeying through powerful breathwork and an immersive sound healing experience with crystal and Tibetan bowls.
