🌿 A little Body, Mind & Soul update 🌿

There’s been lots happening behind the scenes at Body, Mind & Soul 🕊️

Over the past few weeks I’ve been busy refreshing and reinvesting in my business — new equipment and lamps for nail treatments, beautiful, lush towels for my treatment couch, gorgeous products for my new Back Renewal Treatment, fresh supplies for Ear Candling, and a few other little touches to make your treatments even more special 💚

I’m also still working away on a complete refresh of my treatment menu, price list, flyers, business cards and some lovely new treatment inserts — I can’t wait for you to see everything. Hopefully, over the next couple of weeks I’ll have everything finished, then I can send them to be printed 🙏🏻

As part of this refresh, there will be a small increase to some treatment prices from 1st September.

I always want Body, Mind & Soul to remain somewhere you can come and feel completely comfortable, cared for and never rushed — with treatments tailored to what you need.

It’s been such a busy couple of months with work, so it was lovely to finally have a day off yesterday and get back to the gym! 💪🏼

✅ 30 mins cardio
✅ 30 mins weight training
✅ 30 mins swimming

Happy that I got my bum back into gear, but jeez that pool was freezing when I first got in! 🥶😂

Now it’s time to finish off a couple of jobs in the garden, and then I’ll share some pics of our new “egg chair” decking area.
It’ll be a tranquil place to sit if you come for a treatment with someone else 😎🌴
