In my ‘happy place’ - cooking some meals for Mum and Dad 😃
Started at my sister-in-laws house, then packed up my rucksack and headed to Mum’s to finish off.
Cottage pies with carrots, peas, gravy, potato and parsnip mash, and grated cheese on the top.
Smaller portions for the freezer, and we just had it with baked beans 😋
Went down very well 🩵
