Come Join Us For This Transformative Three Hour Workshop!

During this healing three hour workshop through a space of deep relaxation, supported by comfortable props, you will be guided through long held postures, targeting connecting tissue and fascia around the hips.

This is a powerful practice focused on opening the hips, which not only increases flexibility but also releases tension, stress and stuck emotions.

Through mindful breathing and intentional stillness, we listen to our own bodies and honour our own physical limits.

TriYoga Therapeutics for the Hips will be held on Saturday 29th March at 1.30pm at Motion Connect, 17 Anderson Street, Cairns.

This therapeutic practice for the hips is something I personally found transformative and healing, I can't wait to share it with in this nurturing workshop.

Personally I have only noticed positive changes since I first began regular practice of TriYoga over 5 years ago now. From relieving pain and releasing stuck emotion to building strength and flexibility, these experiences led me to train to become a teacher 4 years ago.

It always fills me with joy when someone in my classes tells me of the positive changes they have also experienced from regular practice and also through three hour TriYoga therapeutics workshops too.

I am so happy for Sally and thank her for sharing this powerful and transformational practice with me.
