With Men's Health Week kicking off next week, we would like to highlight the importance of men's health, wellbeing, and social connection.

Today's Men's Group BBQ was a great reminder of the positive impact that getting together, sharing a meal, and spending time with others can have.

For almost six years, Ambitions NQ's Men's Group has been bringing men together each week in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The group provides an opportunity to get out of the house, enjoy good company, build friendships, share experiences, have a laugh, and connect with others who understand the value of simply showing up and being part of a community.

While some conversations are meaningful and important, others are simply about enjoying a BBQ, talking footy, or catching up with mates. Both have value. Sometimes, looking after your mental health starts with something as simple as spending time around good people.
