💙June is Men's Mental Health Month. If you are a man reading this while carrying a heavy burden, this message is for you. 💙You do not have to possess all the answers. You do not have to be okay. You simply need to acknowledge that your emotions are valid and deserving of attention. 💙For far too long, men have been led to believe that silence is a sign of strength and that perseverance is the only viable option.💙 However, suppressing pain does not eliminate it; rather, it intensifies it during quiet moments, such as 2am, when no one is watching. 💙Discussing your emotions is not a sign of weakness. 💙Seeking help is not a sign of weakness. Experiencing emotions is not a sign of weakness. It is, in fact, the most human thing you can do. You are entitled to heal.💙
