Why we should mind our own business when it comes to other people's lifestyle choices πŸ‘‡

It can be frustrating to watch someone struggle with recurring health issues or make choices you wouldn't make yourself. And when we care about someone, it's natural to want to help.

But offering our opinion when it hasn't been asked for often does more harm than good.

Why?

✨ It can undermine a person's trust in their own body and intuition.
✨ It can create fear, confusion, and self-doubt.
✨ It can damage relationships and push people away.

The truth is...

🌱 Every person has the right to live their life the way they choose.
🌱 We never fully know what someone has overcome or what challenges they're facing.
🌱 Just because something feels easy or obvious to you doesn't mean it will for someone else.
🌱 Our bodies, backgrounds, cultures, preferences, and experiences are all different.
🌱 What works for one person won't necessarily work for another.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health, healing, or life.

Most of our opinions are shaped by our own experiencesβ€”and that doesn't make them universally true.

So next time you disagree with someone's choices and feel the urge to offer your opinion, remember:

Opinions are like ass #@%es... everybody has one 🀣

Instead, try this:

🌿 Make Your Own Biodegradable Antibacterial Wipes 🌿

These DIY wipes are simple, affordable, eco-friendly, and perfect to keep on hand for everyday use.

✨ Instructions:
β€’ Use a strong, good-quality paper towel that won't fall apart when wet.
β€’ Fold into squares and stack 10 squares on top of each other.
β€’ Add a few drops of water-soluble essential oils.
