In Ayurveda, undigested emotions are seen as a form of internal toxicity, known as "ama". Over time, this emotional build-up can weigh heavily on the nervous system, the mind, and the body itself.

So many of us were taught to suppress, push through, or disconnect from what we feel.
But emotions are not inconveniences.
They are messages.
Signals asking for presence, care, and attention.

When we allow ourselves to feel safely, gently, and without judgement, the body begins to soften. Energy begins to move. Healing begins to happen.

Your emotions matter.
