The 2026 Queensland Nasal Spray Flu Immunisation (FluMist) Program has been expanded to include children and adolescents aged 6 to 17 years (before they turn 18) who struggle with getting a needle.

This initiative provides a needle-free flu vaccination option, helping make immunisation a more comfortable and accessible experience for young people and their families.

If your child experiences anxiety around needles, speak with our team to see if FluMist may be suitable for them this flu season. 💙
