Find me , in Cairns, teaching a variety of practices of Yoga, Pilates and of course my sweet treatment ‘flow’ space offering Hawaiian bodywork.

As we remember to meet ourselves in the moment, Hatha Chandra (moon) peels back some layers offering a slower paced, grounded practice where we hold the postures for just enough time to feel the benefits in our hearts. A class for all levels and experience to deeply appreciate the gift of yoga.

Need a good stretch? I have many tools in my bodywork ‘tool box’ Bringing Polynesian floor work to the table is one of them. In a session I’ll usually stretch the arms whilst on your front and back. If you need a little more hips, lower back, quads, glutes… I got you!
