Jol’s Birthday Adventure at Rainbow Valley 🌄🎉

TCASS is proud to celebrate a truly special milestone — Jol’s Birthday Trip to Rainbow Valley! 🥳
What an incredible experience it was! Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable scenery, the day was filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful moments. ✨
This adventure beautifully supported Jol’s NDIS goals of enjoying bush trips and connecting with the Outback, creating opportunities for exploration, independence, and connection to nature. 🌿
We’re so grateful to have supported our participant in making this birthday celebration such a memorable journey. It’s moments like these that remind us how important it is to create opportunities for joy, connection, and new experiences. 💛

✨ Team Leader Meeting Highlights ✨

Last week’s TCASS Team Leader Meeting bringing together teams from TCASS Darwin, TCASS Alice Springs, and AccessByTCASS (Cairns), was packed with valuable insights, learning, and collaboration!

We had a fantastic session on the role of the CoS (Coordinator of Supports), delivered by Subash, highlighting how this role supports participants in navigating their plans effectively.

A very informative NDIS & NDIA case study session was delivered by Gagan & Praveen, giving us a deeper understanding through real-life scenarios.

We also explored SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation), presented by Fransiskus & Roshel, which provided great insights into housing supports and opportunities.

Keshini shared important company updates, keeping everyone aligned with our direction and growth, followed by performance review feedback from Deni, encouraging reflection and continuous improvement.

Of course, one of the most valuable parts of the day was the networking—connecting, sharing experiences, and strengthening our team culture.

A very important and productive meeting, setting us up for continued success and impact 💙

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea was Amazing! 💛☕

What a wonderful morning we had bringing together TCASS staff, participants, and families to support those affected by cancer. Everyone was happy, connected, and truly enjoyed their tea time. 💛
✨ Highlights from the day:
• A delicious spread of homemade morning tea treats enjoyed by all
• Smiles, laughter, and meaningful conversations
• A strong show of support for an important cause

Thank you to everyone who joined us, wore yellow, and helped make a real difference. Your support means so much! 💛
Together, we shared a cuppa, showed compassion, and stood united in the fight against cancer—because every small act of kindness counts.
