NDIS Service Delivery Officers (x2) – Make a Real Impact in Far North Queensland
Are you passionate about empowering people to live their best lives? Join our growing team in Cairns and play a vital role in delivering meaningful, person-centred support to NDIS participants across Cairns, Mareeba, the Tablelands and Mossman.
This is more than just a Service Delivery role—you’ll be on the frontline of impact, delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that help participants live the life they choose.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinate and deliver NDIS-funded supports aligned with individual plans and goals
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with participants, families and carers
• Lead participant intake, service planning and ongoing reviews
• Collaborate with support workers, allied health professionals and external providers
• Monitor outcomes, budgets and participant satisfaction to ensure quality services
• Maintain accurate records and ensure NDIS compliance standards are met
• Respond to enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Travel across Cairns, Mareeba, the Tablelands and Mossman as part of your role
About You
You’re someone who combines compassion with capability. You understand the importance of person-centred support and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
You’ll bring:
• Experience in the NDIS, disability, or community services sector
• Strong knowledge of NDIS plans, processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High-level organisation, attention to detail and time management
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
• A culturally aware, empathetic and participant-focused approach
• Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office
Essential Requirements
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia
