Introducing Our newest Capacity Building Classes!
On Fridays from 9:30am until 11:30am we will be running Supported Lawn Care training! Bookings are Essential as there are Limited Places available and Participants must meet Eligibility Criteria.
Each Session in $80.06 per person and Includes Instruction, Supervision and all equipment needed. Sessions will run for 6 weeks initially, with the chance to continue.
This is an excellent Opportunity to learn some Work-ready skills, Teamwork, communication and a good way to give back to the local community!

🍢💜 Week 3 Cooking Class at Compassionate Community Care! 💜🍢

This week Kristal showed the gang how to whip up one of the world's favourite dishes - Spaghetti Bolognese! It's a staple in homes all round the world and one of the simplest and filling dishes you could ever make.

A big hearty thank you to Kristal for instructing everyone on how to make a meal!

At Compassionate Community Care, we believe that learning life skills should be fun, engaging, and rewarding. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, supporting one another, and enjoying the cooking experience.

🍝 Week 4 Capacity Building Cooking Class with Kristal 🍝

A big thank you to everyone who attended our Week 4 Capacity Building Cooking Class! It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, building confidence in the kitchen, and having fun together.

This week's recipe was Spaghetti Bolognaise, and participants learned valuable skills in meal preparation, food safety, cooking techniques, and working together as a team.

We are proud to support our participants in developing their independence and everyday living skills through hands-on learning experiences.

Thank you to Kristal for leading another fantastic class, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the next session!

With the cooler weather comes the return of our BBQ Masters to cook us up a feast of Sausages, Patties, Steaks and Vegetarian Foods to feed everyone!

⚽️We're also going to be holding some Backyard FIFA Soccer games, let's see if we can find the next Socceroo Star!⚽️

It's easy to overlook the everyday tasks that keep our lives running smoothly. Preparing meals, putting out the bins, keeping the house clean, tackling the laundry pile—these are things many of us do without a second thought. However, for some people, these tasks can be challenging and require determination, confidence, and practice.

Today, we're celebrating some of our incredible participants who have been working hard to build their independence and life skills with the encouragement and support of our amazing support workers. 💙

Every load of laundry completed, every meal prepared, every household task accomplished is a step towards greater confidence, independence, and personal achievement. We couldn't be prouder of the effort, resilience, and growth our participants continue to demonstrate each day.
