Lately I’ve been noticing how many people are walking around holding so much in their body…
tight hips, sore backs, shallow breath, always “on”

…and most of the time we just push through it

Zenthai isn’t about pushing harder
it’s about slowing down enough to actually listen

because your body is always communicating
through tension, fatigue, discomfort… even emotions

and when you give it the space to soften
things start to shift without force
