Mum was in for her facial today. ❤️

She’s 75 and has beautiful skin, but even her skin hasn’t escaped years of the Cairns sun and tropical weather. ☀️😄

So today we focused on hydration, brightness and giving her skin a lovely refresh.

With glycolic acid, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, an exosome mask… and a lovely long facial massage. ❤️

I was so busy concentrating on filming everything that I completely forgot one of her favourite parts: her pampering hand mask and hand massage. 😂🤦‍♀️

I definitely won’t forget next time… and I’ll show you that little bit of extra pampering too. ❤️

You look in the mirror.

And then, somewhere around 50, you catch yourself thinking:

“That doesn’t look like me.”

When did my jawline become a little softer? Where did those little lines come from? And those brown spots... were they there last year?

Apparently you need retinol, vitamin C, peptides, collagen, ten different creams, five supplements, less stress and... naturally, eight perfect hours of sleep every night.

Easy.😂

By this point you’re so stressed about ageing well, that you eat a bag of chips and decide to deal with it another day.

But maybe you don’t need to turn back the clock.
