The Goddess of Wisdom, Creativity & Expression 🤍 (out of all of the goddesses, this is the goddess that most women that have been on my goddess retreats this year connect most strongly with and feel they need the most in their lives- including myself!)

Saraswati is the Hindu goddess of wisdom, language, learning, music, creativity and clear communication.
Known as “the flowing one,” she represents the natural flow of ideas becoming words, insight becoming understanding and inspiration becoming something we can share or create.
This workshop is for women who want to:

Together, we’ll use the illuminating energy of the Full Moon to release what may be clouding our thinking or preventing us from speaking our truth and create space for clarity, creativity and authentic expression.
Our 2.5-hour journey will include:

✨ A heart-opening Full Moon cacao ceremony
✨ Yoga, movement, Kriya Yoga, breathwork and Kundalini practices
✨ Saraswati mantra chanting
✨ Guided journaling and creative reflection
✨ EFT tapping
✨ An immersive sound healing with Cilla
