โญโญโญ โI first wanted to work for EmpowerAbility FNQ because of the positive reputation they had within our community, particularly for the way they support individuals and families to better understand their NDIS plans, advocate for themselves, and feel confident when accessing the services and supports they need.
I have now been working with EmpowerAbility FNQ for five years, and throughout that time I have always felt supported both professionally and personally.
As a working mum with a family, having an employer that understands the importance of family life and provides flexibility has meant so much to me. I have always felt that my circumstances are considered and that there is a genuine effort to support a healthy balance between work and family.

My journey with EmpowerAbility FNQ has also given me opportunities to grow within the organisation. The knowledge and experience I have gained over the past five years has helped me successfully secure a new position within the company.
I am excited to step into this next chapter, where I can continue developing my skills, knowledge and confidence so that I can better support participants and families to understand their options, advocate for themselves and navigate the NDIS.
