This week has felt like trying to stay present while attention keeps moving in layers.
The body continues with what it needs to do. Responsibilities continue their rhythm. And yet there are moments where awareness is fully here, and then subtly elsewhere, as if it is gently moving in and out of contact with itself.
There is a quiet kind of fragmentation that does not interrupt life, but sits alongside it.

Holding capability and a subtle sense of fragmentation at the same time, without needing to resolve either immediately.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Brief returns to the body mid-stream, where awareness lands just long enough to notice itself again.
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Something underneath daily life quietly reorganising, without announcement or urgency.

Not a fixing or completion, but a gradual softening of distance between awareness and the self it is moving through.

This week has felt like trying to stay present while attention keeps moving in layers.

This week's draw happened in the kitchen. I was making my late mum's tuna mornay for my dad, as close to her recipe as I can get it. Nearly nine years since she passed, and her symbols are still meeting me exactly where I am.

I sensed to draw for the food itself. To uplift it. To send it to him carrying more than just a meal.

These four came up.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 One of the most powerful things these symbols do is clear what doesn't belong. Heavy energy, stagnant energy, anything sitting in a space or a person that is blocking the flow of healing. Restoration clears it and brings peace back in. Into the food. Into him.

𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 works at a level that still stops me in my tracks. It reaches back through the energetic past, finds the point before loss or pain altered the pattern, and returns us to the original template of wholeness. That is not a small thing.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲 holds the connection between people. The felt knowing. What moves between those who love each other without a single word being spoken. There is so much of that in a meal made with this kind of intention.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is the anchor and it is extraordinary. Clearing generational patterns, curses, contracts, karmic agreements that have been carried far too long. Restoring the original template of blessing. For him. For the lineage.

My mum created these 30 symbols from 35 years of healing work. Nearly nine years on, I am still in awe of what they hold.
