I filmed this every week over the 4 phases of my cycle to show myself and other women that changes in your body are normal! I weighed in 3kgs heavier in my luteal phase than I did in ovulation.

The fitness industry doesn’t educate women how to train with their cycle. We’re told to check our progress weekly, but that advice is for men.

Learning to train in alignment with your body and to listen to your body will give you best results ✨
