Many people think falls are just a normal part of getting older—but they don't have to be.

The right type of exercise can improve balance, strength, coordination, reaction time and confidence, helping you continue doing the things you love for longer.

Our Falls Prevention Class is designed to help you:
✔ Improve balance and stability
✔ Build strength in your legs and core
✔ Practise getting up and down from the floor safely
✔ Improve confidence with everyday activities
✔ Reduce your risk of falls and injury

Whether you've had a fall, feel unsteady on your feet, or simply want to stay active and independent as you age, this class is for you.

Because maintaining your independence isn't about luck—it's about staying strong enough to keep doing the things that matter most.

Ready to reconnect with your body, rebuild your strength, and move with confidence after having a baby?
Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and MumSafe™ Trainers to help you safely return to exercise in a supportive, welcoming environment — with your little one by your side.

Did you know your body spends almost a year growing, carrying, protecting and nourishing another human?

It's no wonder so many mums find themselves constantly catching colds, feeling run down, or wondering why their energy hasn't bounced back after birth.

Scientists call it "postpartum immune constitution" — the changes that occur in your immune system after pregnancy as your body recovers from the incredible work it has done.

Yet so often, mums feel pressure to jump straight back into intense exercise, "bounce back", or push through exhaustion.

At Health Moves, we take a different approach.

We focus on rebuilding strength gradually, restoring confidence in movement, supporting your recovery, and helping you reconnect with your body in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.

Hi Mums,
I'm taking EOI for my next round of my mums and bubs program.
The program starts with a focus on the pelvic floor and core connection and over 10 weeks incorporates strength training and functional movement patterns. It is suitable for mums of all stages; pregnancy, postpartum and mums with older children. I focus on supporting, adapting and educating to meet you where you are at.

It runs Monday to Friday 11-12 in Parramatta Park.

Our Falls Prevention Class is designed to help reduce your risk through safe, evidence-based exercise led and supervised by an Exercise Physiologist.

✅ Reactive balance training
✅ Coordination and mobility
✅ Practising getting up safely from the floor
✅ Safe bone-strengthening impact exercises
✅ Improved confidence and independence
