✨️A LITTLE UPDATE ON MY NZ TRIP✨️
With only 2 days left of our 2.5wks holiday to visit my son Kiz, partner Liv and my beautiful Granddaughter Harper, its been great🫶

We've been to beach, fished out on the boat, travelled over to Golden Bay, our old hometown of 15.5yrs and in Nelson/Richmond for 3yrs.

We've stayed with the Peacocks at Puponga.
My sister n hubby came from uk for 6 days and will join us back in Oz.

I've caught up with lovely friends, Raelene, Sally, Jenna, Vicky, Raewyn for massages, Anne neurolinks, eaten out at many lovely places
Visted Harper's preschool daycare..
And went Christmas shopping for Harper!!
2 full packed days left with some lovely healing treatments for me and more cuddles with Harper..
It's been lovely for Dad to meet Harper, his Great Granddaughter, and see his old hometowns of 10yrs too.
Mixed emotions of course not having Mum with us sadly😢

Most if all its been lovely spending time with Kiz, Liv & Harper, who I miss dearly🩷🩷🩷
And is always hard when we leave ###

Today's beautiful New Moon in Libra invites us to pause, reflect and gently realign.

Libra brings our attention to balance, harmony, relationships and connection, not just with others, but most importantly, with ourselves 💗

Perhaps you've been feeling a little disconnected lately, questioning where you belong, what feels right, or where your energy is best placed.
I know i have definitely been navigating that over the last 9 months.

This New Moon reminds us that we can begin again. That connection doesn't have to come at the expense of ourselves, and that peace begins within.
It feels like is a choice point time to finally re-evaluate whats important now, and what truly isn't!

As my time in New Zealand draws to a close and I prepare to return to the Sunshine Coast in a few days, I'm feeling the gentle invitation of new beginnings, fresh intentions and reconnecting with my beautiful community.

I've been spending this last week taking care of ME, my 4 Body self, on all 4 levels, physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

I'm so grateful to have had a neuro-link session with Anne & a 2 hr bodywork healing, therapeutic massage, with Raewynn Jenkins in Nelson.
They are both AH-MAAZING ..

Monday & Tuesday I going to REPEAT both sessions..

Saturday I spent 7hrs at A & E Sunshine Coast getting checked over with left leg pain, redulting from.over compensation on right foot injury. I found out my right ankle had a 17mm tendon tear and 2x partial ligament tears..this is from my fall, 8 wks ago in UK.

Today, Dad & I travelled to NZ to visit Kiz, Liv & Harper🩷🩷🩷
We landed 10pm and 2 degrees, which was a shock to the system as we exited the plane 😀
Snuggled in bed now, looking forward to seeing little Harper tomorrow and Kiz & Liv of course 🫶🫶🫶
