A lot of women avoid joining programs like The Secure Self Reset.

I see this pattern all the time in capable women.

They don’t wait to be asked.

They hold things together before anyone even realises they’re doing it.

It looks like competence.

It feels like responsibility.

But over time, it costs something internally.

Sometimes the exhaustion isn’t coming from your workload.
