Winter is coming 🥶🥶🥶
And haven’t we felt the cool change up here on the Sunny Coast already 🥶🥶🥶
These cooler months are notorious for a lot of us to want to hibernate, we’re only human 🙊 which usually means our exercise habits can take a back seat 🤔
However, the benefits of keeping your regular exercise routines through these cooler days has a profound impact on your overall health & wellbeing, regular exercise helps to strengthen your immune system, which helps to keeps those winter sniffles at bay,
The Winter blues can take over when our days are colder & darker, when you exercise your body releases endorphins which helps you to feel good & to fight those winter blues,
When the temperature drops, our bodies tend to stiffen up, causing our muscles & joints to tighten, increasing the risk of injury, regular exercise helps warm up the body & promotes blood circulation, ensuring that your muscles & joints stay supple.
