NDIS has reformed and now require incontrovertible evidence about participants’ diagnosis and the support provisions required. Participants’ support coordinators are central and essential in gathering strong evidence about participants’ function, their needs and the support provisions required. This is a transition period from a time when quite often minimal information from Allied health and other professionals translated to adequate funding. What I have found is that the NDIS planners scrutinise Plan changes very closely and you could be severely disadvantaged if your team are not up-to-date. There’s some really good articles and video clips on the NDIS website that might help you on the way more about this later. At the moment Links 4 Life (L4L) is at capacity and we have a waiting list or we can put you in touch with really competent support coordinators and or psychosocial recovery coaches. Reach out to us at L4Life if we can point you in the right direction. Thanks
