At The Exercise Collaborative, we’re proud to support individuals undergoing cancer treatment from Centre for Wellness at Mater Hospital in Sydney.

Through both one on one and small group sessions, our team provides personalised, safe, and supportive exercise programs designed to help you stay as active as possible during your cancer journey. We focus on building strength and fitness so you can better tolerate treatment, maintain independence, and continue with the things that matter most to you.

In a time where so much can feel out of your control, exercise offers something powerful a sense of autonomy, confidence, and the ability to take an active role in your own care.

Meet Lillian.

Our newest Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Lilly blends clinical expertise with a strong background in strength and conditioning. She’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and improve their quality of life.

With experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiometabolic and oncology populations, and time in elite sport environments like the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and NSW Blues, she brings both performance insight and clinical care to every session.

Lillian has a special interest in supporting individuals through cancer treatment and recovery, and will also be working at the Mater Hospital within the Centre for Wellness, helping deliver exercise oncology services. Her approach focuses on rebuilding strength, restoring confidence and creating meaningful long term outcomes.
