WHO JOINS MY WOMEN-ONLY TOURS? 💃🏼💃🏼
I've had the full range of women come on my trips.
Women ranging in age from 25 to 80.
I've had entrepreneurs, artists, hairdressers, social workers, doctors, teachers, and lots and lots of nurses.
I've also had health care workers, gardeners, florists, retirees, singers, and writers plus actors and dancers.
I've had women like me from the corporate world and the private sector, some thriving and successful, some struggling and exhausted.
Some recovering from cancer, and some fit and strong.
Widows, married, single, gay, divorced, never married and even with all these types, l've probably forgotten a lot.
This is exactly why I love what I do. So many interesting ladies, each with their own incredible story.
My tours really do suit everyone at every stage of their life.

Yoga’s greatest gift is that it will always reveal your weaknesses. Yoga shows you what you’d rather avoid, your tightness, your impatience, your ego. It holds up a mirror, and sometimes the reflection is uncomfortable to see.
That’s when people quit. They don’t want to face it. But if you stay with the practice, that mirror becomes a doorway, a pathway to awareness, and a doorway that reveals your strength, your resilience, and your full potential.
So when you feel like quitting, that’s when you need to quietly ignore your ego and keep going.
