South West Strength & Conditioning Welcome to CrossFit South West Sydney You may notice that we’re a little bit different to your typical gym. There’s no machines, no mirrors and no Zumba.

Instead we have Barbells, Kettlbells, Truck Tires and Climbing Ropes. At our gym you wont have to worry about making too much noise, dropping weights or feeling like you're out of place. At CrossFit South West, we’re not here to just take your money and hope you never turn up. We're here to help you get to the place you want to be and stay there!

🏋️ OPEN DEADLIFT COMPETITION — Friday 24th July | 6PM

Whether you're chasing a PB, competing with your mates, or just want a reason to pull something heavy on a Friday night — this one's for you.

The Details:

💰 $50 entry
3 lifts per athlete (+1)
Rising bar in 2.5kg jumps (starting at 20kg)
🏆 Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd — Male AND Female
🍺 Friday night. Loud music. Good vibes.
Open to in-house athletes AND the public — so bring your crew
